Verification requirements
Requirements depend on the market and the category. In Portugal, electrical and heating & air-conditioning work also require certification; architects, engineers and building inspectors must be registered with their professional body. Inspectors also declare that they do not carry out the work they inspect.
Identity
Identity document checked by a member of the team.
Business
Tax number and business registration.
Insurance
Valid public liability insurance policy, with expiry date.
Certification
Professional certifications required or relevant for the category.
