Privacy
Your home's data belongs to you.
Demo version · October 2026
The principle
We treat home data as sensitive. The Home Passport is private by default: only the owner and the people they invite can see it.
What's public
Professional profiles, confirmed jobs (town only, never the address) and published reviews.
What's never public
The home's address, documents, invoices, warranties, private notes and Home Passport photos.
Company directory
Some profiles are created from public company registers (for example, the Ordem dos Arquitectos companies directory). We only show company data — name, municipality, registration number, tax number and public contact details — always with the source and date. These profiles have no Trust Score or reviews. The company can claim the profile or ask for it to be removed at any time.
Browser storage
We only store your language choice and, in demo mode, the test session. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time (GDPR).
Demo mode
In this version, all data shown is fictional and anything you add stays in your browser.
