How it works
The home at the centre. People and projects around it.
PassVerita brings together two things that have always been separate: keeping a record of what's been done to a home, and choosing well who works on it.
- 01
Create your home
A Home Passport in two minutes.
A name, the town and a few details. Fill in the rest later. Only you can see your Home Passport.
- 02
Record its history
What's already been done counts too.
Past projects, invoices, warranties, certificates, manuals and equipment — all linked to the home.
- 03
Find professionals
Compare evidence, not promises.
Verification checks, client-verified work and verified reviews. Contact them directly, with no commission.
- 04
Verify the work
The professional records it, you confirm it.
When the job is done, the professional adds it to the home's history and you confirm it. It becomes Verified Work.
- 05
Keep everything
The home remembers for you.
Warranties with end dates, recommended maintenance and the contacts of everyone who worked on the home.
Two pillars
Home Passport and the trust network.
Home Passport
Keeps evidence about the home: projects, documents, warranties, equipment and maintenance.
Trust Score
Measures evidence about the professional: verification checks, client-verified work and verified reviews.

Professional = reputation
The Trust Score measures the evidence about who does the work.
Work = proof
Every job confirmed by the client links the professional to the home.
Home = history
The Home Passport keeps the evidence about the home, over time.
Trust Score
How the Trust Score is calculated
From 0 to 100. It reflects the evidence available on the platform — it is not an opinion, nor a guarantee of quality.

- Identity, business, insurance and certifications are checked manually by the team and carry an expiry date.
- Only jobs confirmed by the client, and reviews linked to those jobs, count.
- Paid plans unlock features, never points. Advertising never changes the score.
Weights can be configured by category and by market — for example, certifications matter more for electrical work than for painting.
Scores are only comparable within the same market, because verification requirements differ.
Trust Score based on verified information and evidence.
Transfer
A home's history shouldn't disappear when the owner changes.
- 1/4
Current owner
Keeps the home's history over the years.
- 2/4
Sells the home
The paperwork is already organised.
- 3/4
Transfers the Home Passport
Chooses what to pass on. Personal notes stay private.
- 4/4
The new owner receives the history
And carries the story on from there.
The Home Passport organises information. It does not replace legal documents required for a sale, nor is it a valuation of the property.
Principles
What we never do
- We don't create arbitrary rankings.
- We don't sell trust — paid plans unlock features, never points.
- We don't hide legitimate negative reviews.
- We don't let advertising change anyone's reputation.
- We don't create fake badges or invent verification.
- We don't lock anyone in: contact the professional however you like.
